Summary: This loop starts from the little road next to a residence and heads up to a high point at the back near the yellow loop. If you go straight, you have the steeper, shorter path, if you go right, you have a longer, more gradual rise.
I headed straight up the road, following red. You’ll immediately pass the white trail to the right. You’ll pass a little well on private property that my babies desperately wanted to get to. Keep going up the road. In just a few minutes, the road will veer left, and you’ll see a little shack, but the trail will head into the woods on the right.
You can add an extra .2 of a mile by doing the yellow loop to the left. Join back with a left on red and start heading down hill.
You can do the out and back yellow lollipop trail on the south side but the loop was a little overgrown.
Go back to the red and hang left.
Turn right on white. Follow it down to the red trail. Turn left and you have just a few feet to get to your car.
