From the parking lot, turn away from the playground and toward the pool. To the left is a road blocked by a chain. Go around the post and follow it for a few minutes.
You’ll see markers to the right, behind the picnic tables, heading up into the woods. Head uphill following the white markers. You’ll make your way through the Frolf course (disc golf/Frisbee golf–that’s what those chain baskets are for.
Head south for half a mile to the wooden trail post.
If you turn right, you can and add up to two miles, out-and-back, turning around whenever you want or when you hit the road. Turn right at the post.
Head straight to go to continue to the tea house. The trail climbs up to the high point and back down to the road in less than half a mile.
Check out the tea house and pond, then head left down the road/across the sports fields back to the playground.
