How to get there: From the Taconic, take Underhill Ave East.  Turn right on 129 > Grand St.  Keep right on Grand St > Old Post Rd.  Right on Lounsbury Rd > Fox Rd.  You’ll drive through the golf course to a tiny 2-3 car parking spot.

Summary: With the parking area to your back, head right on to the yellow trail.

Yellow turns into blue, going left.

There is a short out-and-back red overlook trail that is better in winter.

Blue ends at the white trail.  Right takes you over into Brinton Brook Sanctuary via a steep uphill connector trail.

Hang a left on white to complete the loop.

At the fork, take either boardwalk path.  The left, inside trail has a gazebo.

Finish at the parking circle.
