How to get there: From the Taconic, take Underhill Ave east.  Turn right onto Hanover St.  Farm will be on the right but trail parking for about 8 cars is on the left.

Summary: From the parking area, head toward the treeline and the kiosk.  Start downhill on blue. There’s some old dumping grounds close to the road and and old foundation.  There is a small pond with a picnic table.

At the fork, you can take blue either direction but I suggest heading left to make the steepest section downhill.  Skirt the lake all the way around and begin your ascent.  At 3/4 mile, you’ll hit the high point and an old campfire pit.

Continue to follow blue left at each junction, following the perimeter.

At the pond, head left back up the trail to the cars.

Cross the street and check out the goats, cows, chickens, and ducks.  They are all scattered around so you have to look for them.  Seasonally, there are fields and gardens to check out.
