Hike the Hudson Valley Mike has done a phenomenal job with his guides and is where I check first when looking at a new hike.  He is very active on Facebook and his forum and will help any way he can.

Walkable Westchester is a book compiled of hundreds of parks, trails, directions, and write ups.  Well worth the buy if you like to highlight everything you’ve done like me or support your local library and check it out.

A wealth of hikes are written up on the NY-NJ Trail Conference but I do find them to be on the longer side.

Putnam County Land Trust is hard at work creating and maintaining trails but they only have about half a dozen actual maps so far.
