How to get there: From I684, take exit 8.  Follow Hardscrabble Rd East.  Make a left on June Road.  Park at the North Salem School track, just off the road.  There are about 5 spots.
Address: 230 June Road, North Salem, NY 10560

Summary: Cross June Road and enter the woods.

Hang a left and follow the trial uphill, parallel to June Road.  You’ll see the left turn for the first 1-2 car street parking on Bloomer Rd.

Continue away from Bloomer Road.

At about a quarter mile, you’ll come to the intersection.  Take a left.

At the fork, take the left path.

At the intersection, make a right and head south.  (If you went left, you would hit the other parking area on Bloomer Rd.  Straight makes and out-and-back.)  In a few minutes, you’ll come to a meadow.  It can be hard to find the trail from here on out, especially when everything is grown up in summer.

You’ll come to a fork.  Make a right to start heading north again (if you turn left, you’ll hit the school bus garage parking area).

At the 4-way intersection, turn left and head straight.   You’ll cross the cleared land for the phone lines.  Then its just a short distance back to June Road and the track lot.
